ENFORCE TAC 2025
Makefast Hardware is attending ENFORCE TAC 2025, the international trade fair dedicated to security and defence solutions. The event will take place from 24th to 26th February2025 at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre in Germany.

High Strength Plastic Click Lock Buckle – Part No. 0650
Engineered for durability and performance, this buckle withstands up to 200kg without deformation or webbing slip. Designed for 40mm webbing, it features a double-action, two-button opening to prevent accidental release and ensures a secure click-lock closure. Constructed from 30% glass-filled nylon, this robust black buckle is also available in custom colours upon request.
Adjuster Buckle and Slide – Part No. 0308 & 0309
The Rectangular Slide (Part No. 0308) seamlessly pairs with the Adjuster (Part No. 0309) to create a highly durable adjuster buckle. Constructed from 316 stainless steel and compliant with EN ISO 12402-7:2020, it offers exceptional strength with a breaking load of up to 1000kg. Finished with Xylan Black Coating, it reduces friction, minimises wear, and enhances overall performance. Custom black or coloured finishes are available to meet the specific requirements of military and security applications.
Delta Dee Open – Part No. 0831
The Stainless Steel Delta Dee Open is designed for 25mm webbing and finished with a durable Xylan Black Coating. This advanced resin-bonded film minimises friction, reduces wear, and enhances durability for demanding applications. Made to order, it can be customised in size, finish, or additional features. Customised Coatings for Tactical Applications
To meet the specific needs of military and security equipment, Makefast offers a range of customised coatings, including:
- E-Coat: Excellent corrosion protection, uniformly applied, even on complex shapes. Can be used alone or as a base for further finishes.
- Xylan Black Coating: A durable, friction-reducing coating that prevents wear and optimises performance.
- Cerakote: A premium ceramic coating providing exceptional abrasion, chemical, and corrosion resistance for demanding environments.
These coatings can be tailored in black or other colours to meet operational requirements, ensuring both functionality and discretion.
